We all know that Chanukah symbolises the power of light; how even a single flame can brighten the darkness. In communities around the world, public Menorahs have become symbols of faith, resilience, and unity; shining beacons that proclaim the timeless message of Chanukah.
The Menorahs we’ve lit together over the years, in Moorabbin, in Kingston and throughout the region have kindled not only candles but also hearts, by bringing people together in warmth and celebration. This year, we want you to help us expand that light even further.
We are thrilled to inform you that we have just ordered 2 new Menorahs. The first will be constructed locally for our community and stand strong and tall throughout Chanukah at the corner of Beach Rd. and Nepean Highway, Mordialloc. It will be seen and admired by tens of thousands of people throughout Chanukah. The second new Menorah will be portable (see https://www.menorah.net/product/6-foot-super-lux-menorah/) and will be erected and lit at a variety of local events, including planned new public Menorah lightings in Bayside and Bentleigh, and lent out for private parties and family celebrations.
But we can’t do it without your help.
Your donation will go directly toward purchasing and constructing the Menorahs. Together, we will illuminate our community and share the enduring message of Chanukah with all who pass by.
Please consider contributing today and becoming a partner in spreading light, joy, and unity.
With gratitude and warm wishes for a bright and meaningful Chanukah.
